Infrastructure Specialist Role

Job Description:
* Dive deep to pinpoint the underlying causes of software-based issues and assist with escalations as necessary.
* Apply Linux expertise to troubleshoot technical issues, innovate solutions, and resolve problems efficiently.
* Manage ticket queues for internal teams and partner service teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
* Contribute to company-wide initiatives by working closely with internal teams on tasks such as patching, operating system migrations, and code releases.
* Collaborate with various development teams to enhance infrastructure systems and services within the team's scope.
* Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions with experienced engineers to stay up-to-date with best practices and new technologies.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
* At least 1 year of technical support experience.
* Experience scripting in one or more programming languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby).
* At least 1 year of Linux/Windows systems administration experience.
* Experience in technical support and troubleshooting technical systems.
* Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
