Provide protected, accurate dispensing and pharmaceutical support to Westmead Hospital patients in inpatient, outpatient and community care.

Compensation & Work Hours
Permanent full‐time – 38 hours per week. Position classification: Pharmacy Technician Grade 1/2. Remuneration: $68,594.99 – $81,969.92 per annum.
Responsibilities
To provide quality dispensing, manufacturing and other supportive pharmaceutical services to patients of Westmead Hospital, including inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
Qualifications
* Pharmacy Technician Grade 1 – Certificate III in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support
* Pharmacy Technician Grade 2 – Certificate IV in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated satisfactory pharmacy dispensing experience in Australia (or equivalent).
* Ability to prioritise large workload and have good time management skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Willing and able to perform all aspects of sterile (including cytotoxic) manufacturing.
* Willing and able to work late shifts and overtime on weekends as required.
