Administration Assistant (Part‐time, Casual)
Wolfpack Print, a leading locally‐owned design, print and signage company based in Hervey Bay, is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with customer enquiries via phone and email
* General office administration and day‐to‐day support
* Basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks (invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, follow‐ups)
* Supporting internal systems, processes, and workflow organisation
* Assisting the sales team with preparing and managing quotations
* Liaising with internal team members as required
Requirements
* Confidence using computers and office systems
* Highly organised and detail‐focused
* Clear and professional communication, written and verbal
* Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
* Manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Takes ownership of work and follows through on tasks
* Positive attitude and alignment with Wolfpack's team culture
