We are looking for a Sales Executive (Offset & Flexo Products) to join our team. If you are a driven professional with a passion for sales, customer relationships, and business growth, we want to hear from you!
THE ROLE
Maintain strong customer relationships and key account sales. Serve as the main point of contact for designated customers and ensure their needs are met. Address any concerns that customers may have and identify opportunities for improvement that the company could assist with.
Drive sales by promoting the company’s brand, products and services. Focus on the customer and take the lead in negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes. Regularly analyse sales data to ensure appropriate actions are being taken to maintain and further build the business.
Skills & Qualifications
* High level of confidence, professionalism, and diplomacy
* A proactive mindset with an efficient, solutions-based attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service and record-keeping skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of Offset printing, CTP applications and Flexographic Print solutions is highly desirable
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
* Conduct market research & survey customers.
* Manage existing customer relationships & field for opportunities to strengthen business.
* Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies.
* Record all opportunities in CRM and update pipeline progress as opportunities evolve.
* Demonstrate products effectively to potential clients.
* Assist in the creation of marketing material (flyers, videos, media content etc.)
* Create proposals and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Assist in forecasting and procurement strategies.
* Regularly monitor and report on key performance data.
* Attend industry events, trade shows and exhibitions.
* Liaise with suppliers & shipping companies to track the progress of orders.
* The successful candidate will bring vibrance and energy to our fun and supportive team.
