About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will assist the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) team by updating and managing vital safety documentation. Your main task will involve transitioning data from an old Excel file into a current, accurate, and well-organised format. You’ll collaborate with data owners and team members to ensure information is complete and correct. Additionally, you may support document formatting in Word and PowerPoint to assist other projects within the organisation.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organisational and data management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation (not essential)
- Experience working in local government or a similar environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or data management experience preferred
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
