Sales and Marketing Assistant
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to partner with our Sales Managers across a cluster of retirement villages.
This role will see you:
* Supporting with sales displays and ensuring our properties for sale have optimal presentation.
* Preparing of marketing collateral, brochures and sales kits
* Supporting at expos and events
* Assisting with the activation of community engagement events and initiatives
* Responding in a professional and prompt manner to customer sales enquiries
* CRM (Sales Force) database management and communications including mailouts and EDMs
* Contract management and administration
About You
You will have a background in customer service or sales working in a customer facing or administrative capacity.
The successful candidate will also have:
* High attention to detail
* Strong administrative background
* Excellent communication skills and effortless rapport building
* Agents Representative or willingness to obtain
* Valid drivers licence and own transport
* Willingness to travel to the western suburbs several times per week
