You will work closely with our HR & finance team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and provide exceptional service to our staff.**Key Responsibilities*** Accurately process end-to-end payroll for 2000+ employees on a fortnightly basis.* Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.* Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide timely resolution.* Prepare reconciliations for leave balances and backpays.* Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and enhance accuracy.* Interpret complex EBA's and Awards.* Process terminations.**What you'll bring**It takes a special kind of person to work in healthcare or community services.
