Test Administrator Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Test Administrator to join our team in delivering high-stakes exams to professionals and industries worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and secure exam environments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have the ability to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and weekends.
* Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional customer service and secure exam delivery environment
* Complying with testing procedures and adhering to company policies
* Checking and verifying candidate's identification against test registration; helping them set up for the test
* Explaining exam procedures and proctoring/invigilating candidates while testing
* Troubleshooting technical issues with internal departments
* Escalating policy breaches to relevant business personnel
* Completing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination schedule
* Other ad hoc duties as directed
Requirements:
* A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
* Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
* Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift to 20 lbs independently.
* Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance.
