Your Day‐to‐Day
* Serve drinks with a smile, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of.
* Take the lead in helping customers with food orders, ensuring everyone gets exactly what they're craving.
* Keep the bar clean and organized, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can focus on the fun part—serving drinks.
* Engage with customers—whether it's chatting with regulars or new patrons, these interactions create unforgettable moments.
* Maintain a safety‐first mindset, making sure everyone has a good time while staying safe and handling any hazards or risks promptly.
We're Looking for Someone Who...
* Is enthusiastic, bringing the energy to make every drink, meal and conversation extraordinary.
* Strives to create the very best standards and be exceptional every day.
* Act with positive intent in everything they do.
* Has a current valid RSA/Advanced‐ARC.
* Has strong customer service skills, coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
* Has flexible availability for varying shifts each week.
* Has experience in tab and keno operations.
* Has 1–2 years' experience working in hospitality, pubs or clubs.
* Is willing to be trained if experience is limited.
* Speaks Mandarin (desirable, not essential).
This role requires completion of a National Police Check as part of our employee due diligence process.
