Job Summary
Lead and develop a team to achieve sales and high standards of customer service, and ensure in-store presentation standards and retail operational practices are maintained.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the store’s KPIs (sales and customer service) are met.
* Develop and nurture a high performing, customer experience focused team within a fast‑paced environment.
* Maintain an inclusive store culture, ensuring a positive and enjoyable workplace.
* Identify and lead recruitment for new store team members.
* Collaborate with team members, leading performance reviews and helping grow their careers.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated recent people‑leadership success within a target‑driven retail sales environment.
* Ability to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Leads from the front and builds rapport with a diverse and varied team.
* Can resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently.
* Experience leading through change (products or systems) and guiding the team on the journey.
