About your role
We're looking for motivated, safety‐focused Process Operators to join our Digestion Team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Shift Supervisor – Digestion Operations to help deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable operations while contributing to a high‐performing and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities
* Work safely and responsibly in line with site health, safety, environmental, and community standards
* Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues while contributing ideas for continuous improvement
* Carry out routine equipment changeovers and isolations to support smooth plant operations
* Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
What You Will Bring

* Previous experience working in an industrial environment (highly regarded but not essential)
* The ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team setting
