Aurecon's Program Performance team is growing and we are looking for proactive Project Managers to join our expanding Queensland team. This role involves managing diverse infrastructure projects across Defence, Government, Social Infrastructure, and Construction, supporting client partnerships, delivering projects from concept to handover, and overseeing multiple concurrent projects throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong client partnerships and co-create innovative, tailored solutions to meet evolving challenges.
* Lead and manage design and construction schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines and specifications.
* Deliver projects from concept through to handover, managing scope, risk, financials, and reporting.
* Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle.
* Collaborate with Regional Leads and Program Director to report on project progress and milestones.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a project management role.
* Experience working across complex stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities.
* Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.
* Ability to assess contractor documentation, including payment and variation claims and extensions of time (EoTs).
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* A relevant tertiary qualification or experience.
* Australian citizenship and eligibility for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
