Opal is a leading provider of packaging solutions for consumer goods, FMCG, retail and fresh produce.
This role will support the operations team to reduce errors through manufacturing solutions. The sales team at our site needs assistance to ensure alignment, quote conversion and follow-up.
* Raise quotes to ensure price alignment; manage quote conversion and follow up.
* Sample ordering, customer sizing and approvals.
* Materialise quotes, generate artworks, handle revisions and tooling quotes.
* Set up batch production – facilitate sign offs and orders.
* Update master data for new customers.
* Maintain Dynamics 365 with relevant information.
* Support sales teams to maximise time with customers.
* Work with site-based operational teams to understand quality issues and identify root causes.
