Regional Manager - NSW

Reporting directly to the NSW State Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering truly AMAZING customer experiences and driving sales excellence across your region. Regional Manager Responsibilities
* Sales Leadership: Achieve monthly and yearly sales budgets, drive product and people placement, and ensure focus store strategies are effectively implemented.
* Team Development: Inspire and lead your team, providing exceptional training and fostering a culture of growth and development.
* Operational Excellence: Manage wage expenditure, create effective rosters and ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
* Recruitment and Induction: Work with the Talent Team to recruit team members who fit our brand and culture, and ensure thorough induction and training processes.
* High‐Energy Culture: Promote a positive and productive work environment, encouraging integrity, respect, and open communication.

* Proven experience in regional management, preferably with a medium to large retailer.
* Strong selling skills and commercial acumen.
* Excellent people management and visual merchandising skills.
* Positive, solution‐focused attitude with a can‐do approach.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Adaptable and self‐aware, able to drive business initiatives.
