We’re looking for Claims Consultants to join our Property Claims team, supporting customers across Australia. As a Claims Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our claims experience—helping customers navigate property loss with empathy, efficiency, and integrity. You’ll manage claims end-to-end, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring every interaction builds trust and delivers fair outcomes. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners like builders and suppliers to ensure timely repairs and replacements. This is a full-time, permanent role based nationwide, with flexible working options available. We’re committed to supporting your success with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development. You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You bring energy, empathy, and a drive to make things better. You’ll succeed in this role if you have: A cooperative mindset and ability to work independently A passion for helping people and delivering quality outcomes Effectively communicate with customers and diffuse conflict situations Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in a customer service role Intermediate computer skills – ability to troubleshoot and navigate multiple systems Experience working in insurance would be a bonus Confidence using technology and managing multiple communications About Us
