Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance
* Effectively communicate the benefits of our architecture to target audiences, including senior security management and C-level executives
* Develop best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises, as well as overall win strategies
* Take an active role in customer success, resolving any customer satisfaction issues and escalating cross-functionally when necessary
* Understand customer needs and establish our product as the ideal solution that addresses their requirements and provides business value
* Present our cloud security solution to prospective customers
* Mentor Solution Engineers in the team
* Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of our products
* Gather customer technical requirements
* Participate in trade shows as needed
* Provide insight into competitive solutions and differentiate between them
* Collaborate with customers and partners to create evaluation test plans and manage the evaluation process to a successful conclusion
* Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs)
* Present at industry conferences and seminars
* Respond effectively to RFPs
