The Role
As a Senior Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide helping people return to work after injury.
Support clients with empathy, listen deeply, guide them through life-changing transitions
Conduct meaningful assessments – focus on what matters most
Build strong connections with health professionals, employers, insurers, and more to create solutions that truly help
Spot barriers, design tailored Return to Work plans that build resilience and confidence
Visit workplaces, understand the challenges, advocate for safer, more inclusive environments
Mentor and support peers, including recent starters, in line with company policies.
