Family Violence Practitioner Opportunity

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide clinical supervision across our Family Violence programs. Key responsibilities include providing debriefing, support and feedback to staff, as well as responding to diverse issues including trauma, violence, mental health difficulties, family law complexities and blended families.
This role is based in Shepparton with occasional travel to Sunshine. You will work three days per week with one day being an evening shift.
* Degree qualified in social work, psychology or a related social science discipline.
* Graduate diploma or graduate certificate qualification in men's family violence.
* Experience in facilitating men's behaviour change (MBC) group and in supervision of staff.
* Experience in high-quality assessment of individuals and families where family violence is an identified risk.
* Full driver's licence and current Working With Children Check.
