About this role
Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) partners with clients to help them realize the full value of their Aladdin investment. We do this through deep workflow expertise, data‐driven insights, and hands‐on collaboration with functional stakeholders across enterprise investment organizations.
As part of the ACE team, you will act as a consultative partner to our clients — connecting their business priorities with Aladdin's capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead strategic initiatives, accelerate adoption of Aladdin functionality, and help clients achieve results aligned to their investment, operational, and commercial objectives.
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Associate to join our ACE organization and support continued growth in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region. This role plays a key part in scaling regional client initiatives while ensuring strong strategic alignment with both client goals and our broader business priorities.
What You'll Do
Strategic Client Value Delivery
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Trading and Operations, helping translate business objectives into practical, high‐impact Aladdin solutions.
* Identify opportunities to expand and deepen Aladdin adoption, improve workflow efficiency, and unlock commercial value through enhanced platform usage.
* Lead and contribute to complex client change initiatives, including asset onboarding, workflow redesign, system rationalization, target operating model changes, and optimization programs.
* Apply hands‐on expertise in Aladdin to drive measurable business outcomes.
Industry & Workflow Expertise
* Provide thought leadership across the investment lifecycle, informed by global client engagement insights and industry best practices.
* Partner closely with clients to assess current‐state workflows, identify pain points, and design scalable optimization opportunities.
* Bring a point of view on how evolving market practices and technology trends can improve client outcomes.
Client Engagement & Governance
* Collaborate with sales and relationship teams to align value delivery strategies with multi‐year client roadmaps.
* Proactively monitor client sentiment, adoption trends, and emerging risks, escalating issues as needed.
* Support effective governance through structured book‐of‐work reviews and senior‐level relationship engagements.
Product & Innovation Advocacy
* Act as a key client voice in shaping Aladdin's product roadmap, particularly for Asia Pacific market needs.
* Educate clients on existing and new Aladdin capabilities, enabling informed adoption decisions.
* Establish clear feedback loops with product teams to improve product fit, usability, and impact.

Skills & Experience
* Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, align cross‐functional teams, and manage complex client needs
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business‐relevant insights and compelling value propositions.
* Analytical and structured approach, with experience leading multi‐workstream initiatives and change programs.
* Solid understanding of the investment management lifecycle, with hands‐on experience in one or more of the following areas: Post‐Trade, Trading, trade operations, derivatives operations, asset servicing, or compliance
