About the Role
You will take responsibility for end-to-end sales administration while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, customers, and the interstate Sales Manager. Acting as the WA-based contact point, you will help maintain strong communication and consistency across the sales function.
A significant part of the role includes managing new line and pricing administration for MSO customers, including accurate completion and submission of required documentation such as new line forms and price change forms.
You will also support sales continuity by stepping into operational roles when required, including coverage for Customer Service Officers and Sales Representatives during periods of leave.
In some cases, this may also involve delivering product samples directly to MSO buyers to support new line submissions and product ranging activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end sales administration including order processing, pricing updates, reporting, and customer records
* Complete and submit new line forms and price change documentation for MSO customers
* Act as the primary WA-based liaison for the Sales Manager
* Support key account management activities and customer enquiries
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
* Step into CSO duties during staff leave (order entry, customer service, issue resolution)
* Provide sales representative coverage when required (customer visits and order entry)
* Deliver product samples to MSO buyers when required for new line presentations
* Assist in improving sales processes, systems, and administrative workflows
* Ensure high levels of customer service and responsiveness at all times
About You
* Experience in sales support, sales administration, or FMCG/distribution environments
* Familiarity with MSO processes and documentation highly regarded
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator able to liaise across internal teams and external customers
* Comfortable stepping into customer-facing and field-based support when required
* Proficient with CRM and order management systems
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to operate as the local sales support lead
* Previous experience in grocery/FMCG sales environments highly regarded
