* Create and maintain dynamic dashboards in Power BI for executive reporting, providing real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
* Ensure data governance and alignment with organizational priorities, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
* Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, or Organizational Psychology, with 5-7 years' experience in strategic HR analytics or workforce planning.
* Proven expertise in predictive modeling and data storytelling, with a passion for presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders across HR and Finance, building strong relationships and driving collaborative outcomes.
* Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms and statistical modeling, with a focus on delivering insights that drive business value.
* Strong data visualization skills, with a keen sense of how to communicate complex ideas effectively.
You will have the opportunity to work from one of our offices throughout Australia or New Zealand, ideally based on the East Coast of Australia.
