About the role
* Advanced Trainee Medical Oncology Fellow – third year (or first year post advanced training) opportunity to consolidate clinical training and develop strong research skills into clinical practice.
* Support clinical improvement activities to achieve safe, evidence‑based best practice clinical services, including evaluation of clinical processes and service outcomes, patient safety, and implementation of required changes.
* Participate in multidisciplinary cancer care in collaboration with other units within cancer services and units treating cancer in other functional units of the hospital.
* Investigate and address patient complaints in a positive, constructive manner.
* Participate in relevant standing or ad hoc committees associated with the provision of clinical services.
About you
* Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
* Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Two years of postgraduate training.
* Demonstrated skills in communication with colleagues and patients.
