As a Plan Management Support Officer, you'll play an essential role in ensuring participants receive outstanding assistance with their funding, invoices, and plan budgets.
You'll work closely with our participants, service providers, support coordinators, and internal team to provide efficient, accurate, and compassionate support every day.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and financial support to NDIS participants regarding their plan management services.
* Assist with client onboarding – explaining services and helping new participants set up their plan.
* Deliver excellent customer service via email and phone to participants, nominees, support coordinators, and service providers.
* Regularly review participant budgets, track expenditure, and help participants manage their funds effectively.
* Process and verify invoices for NDIS-funded services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements.
* Liaise with service providers to resolve invoicing or payment discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NDIS and company guidelines.
* Support participants in understanding NDIS funding rules and help them get the most from their allocated resources.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery.
What We're Looking For
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
* Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
* Knowledge of the NDIS and disability services sector is desirable but not essential.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with invoicing, financial processing, or budget management.
* Previous experience in the disability sector or supporting people with disabilities.
* Understanding of the NDIS and its impact on participants' financial and support management.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
