If you nodded yes — this could be your next move We're on the hunt for a Data Engineer to join our respected digital team at WorkPac's Head Office in Fortitude Valley, QLD. You'll be part of one of Brisbane's most forward-thinking data and technology teams, helping to shape the future of how data supports the entire WorkPac business.
What will your day look like?
* Designing, building and maintaining high-quality data pipelines using Databricks, Spark and Python
* Developing and managing data models with DBT or SQLMesh
* Working with modern data formats such as Delta Lake, Apache Hudi or Iceberg
* Using GitHub and best-practice version control to ensure quality and consistency
* Ensuring data reliability, performance, and integrity across all layers of the stack
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver valuable and actionable insights
