Job Overview
Alphapharm Pty. Ltd. Viatris is a global healthcare company that bridges the divide between generics and brands, supplying high‐quality medicines to around 1billion patients worldwide each year. We are looking for a detail‐oriented Distribution Assistant to join our newly built, air‐conditioned Bundamba Warehouse team on a 12‐month fixed term.
Responsibilities
* Assist in picking, packing, and labelling products for shipment.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders before dispatch.
* Unload trucks and containers and perform material handling activities.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
* Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline distribution processes and improve efficiency.
* Adhere to GMP, safety procedures, and guidelines at all times.
* Support other Distribution Team tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications
* Current forklift licence is required.
* Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment.
* Eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen or appropriate visa holder).
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Capacity to lift moderately heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
* Recent high‐school certification.
* Experience with or interest in warehousing, manufacturing and distribution within the pharmaceutical sector.
* Strong administrative background with proficiency in various technology and software.
* Forklift ticket is desirable – Viatris will cover costs after probation if not held.

Employment Details
Location: Bundamba. Employment: 12‐month fixed‐term, daytime shift. Salary commensurate with experience.
