Skills/Experience
* Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technology training programs for diverse audiences.
* Strong understanding of relevant software, systems, and digital tools, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
* Ability to develop engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
* Capability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions.
* Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot technical issues during training sessions. Stayup to date with emerging technologies and incorporate best practices in adult learning.
