Job Description
Plant Force Investments Pty Ltd trading as Plantrite, located in Bullsbrook WA, is recruiting full‐time Nurserypersons for skilled operational roles performing the core production activities of a wholesale plant nursery. The role includes propagation, growing media preparation, planting, plant maintenance, irrigation, pest and disease control, grading, and dispatch preparation. It requires demonstrated nursery or horticultural skills and the ability to work independently across multiple production tasks.

Essential Skills
* Demonstrated nursery production skills including propagation, planting, plant maintenance, and pest/disease management.
* Knowledge of plant species, growing requirements, and environmental factors affecting plant health.
* Practical propagation skills such as seed selection and cutting preparation.
* Ability to operate and monitor irrigation systems (manual and automated).
* Ability to identify common pests, diseases and nutritional disorders in nursery plants.
* Accuracy in record‐keeping and attention to detail in production tasks.
* Ability to follow instructions, work independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
* Physical fitness to work outdoors in varied conditions.
Qualifications
Certificate III in Horticulture (Production Nursery) plus 2 years experience, or a relevant Certificate IV (Nursery Operations) plus 1 year experience, or 3 years relevant nursery or horticultural experience.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range of $75,000 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
