An exciting opportunity to join our Business Development team and contribute to the growth of our Banking and Finance practice groups. We’re seeking a proactive, energetic, and cooperative skilled who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong relationships. You will step into a pivotal role within our Business Development team, where you’ll play a key part in driving the growth and success of our Banking and Finance practice groups. This is your chance to work alongside some of the industry’s most respected professionals, contribute to strategic initiatives, and make a tangible impact on client engagement and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business development initiatives across practice groups and clients
- Drive strategic projects and take ownership of agreed priorities
- Support the development and implementation of client and practice group plans
- Provide expert advice on tenders and credentials, ensuring best practice
- Research and communicate current business opportunities
- Manage events aligned with client engagement strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, practice groups, and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Marketing degree or relevant business qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development within a transactional professional services environment (legal or financial services)
- Strong interest and experience in pitching and tender writing
- Self-starter with a proprietary mindset and innovative approach
- Excellent project management and prioritisation skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities
- Sharp research and analytical capabilities
