About the Opportunity
The Manager, Recruitment Services is a key leadership role that oversees Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD)'s general recruitment function, ensuring MLHD attract, engage, and secure exceptional talent across the District. You will lead a high-performing team, strengthen partnerships with leaders, and drive improvements.
In this role, you will:
* Lead, develop, and inspire a large recruitment team to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused services.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies that address current and future workforce needs across MLHD.
* Provide expert advice to senior leaders on recruitment matters, workforce trends, and talent attraction strategies.
* Champion change and continuous improvement, enhancing systems, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
* Represent MLHD in state-wide forums and working groups, contributing to sector-wide workforce initiatives.
