This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex equipment, ensuring that our clients' operations run smoothly and efficiently.
* Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Work effectively in a team environment to achieve project goals
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out all required major and minor services to site machines
* Complete machine health assessments and appropriate reporting
* Accurate completion of documentation including timesheets, maintenance requests and any site-specific documentation required
Requirements
* Trade qualified as Diesel / Mobile Plant Mechanic, holding any of the following:
* Certificate III Mobile Plant Technology
* Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical)
* Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) Diesel Fitter
* Certificate III Electrotechnology (HV)
* Certificate III Automotive Electrical Technology
* Demonstrated diagnostics and fault-finding knowledge
* Motivation and excellent communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar role working with heavy machinery
* A current driver's licence
