* Campaign Coordination: Partner with operations, production, and digital ad teams to monitor milestones and ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Collateral & CRM Management: Maintain clean records, pipelines, and dashboards within the CRM. Help develop and update presentation decks, rate cards, and livestock information packs.
* Event & Calendar Tracking: Support the coordination of seasonal livestock features, major show weeks, stud sale periods, and field days.

* Strong administrative, organisational, and task‐management skills.
* High attention to detail, especially when working with strict deadlines and documentation.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with external customers and internal teams alike.
* Competence with standard office software (emails, spreadsheets) and familiarity with CRM systems.
* The ability to work independently while remaining a highly collaborative team player.
* Desirable (but not essential): Experience in media, advertising, sales operations, or the agricultural/rural industries, familiarity with livestock sales cycles, studstock advertising, or rural event coordination, and understanding of digital advertising workflows.
