About the role
Part‐time (18.5 hours per week) permanent position based in Bunbury. Working Mondays (half day), Tuesdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities
Provide first point of contact for clients, ensuring they can access Anglicare WA services in a person‐centred, safe, responsive, and convenient manner. Refer clients to appropriate services within Anglicare WA. Support the smooth running of the office by providing administrative support, managing calendar bookings, accurately entering data, and maintaining electronic client files.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar role or a Cert IV qualification in community services
* Exceptional communication skills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients
* Ability to respond to clients in distress and deescalate upset clients
* Well‐developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system)
* Financial management skills, including issuing invoices and receiving payments
* Current National Police Clearance (valid within one year) and WA Working with Children Check

* Competitive salary from $75,387 per annum (pro‐rata) + 12% superannuation
