Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Sydney, NSW – Hybrid working model
Status: Full-time
Reports to: Field Development Manager
Overview
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator assists in the daily operations within Field Development. Responsibilities include field incentives, recognition, business aids and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
* Be an ambassador of the Arbonne Brand. Own the execution and testing of global incentives/program and support local incentives to meet company objectives.
* Compile regular product analysis of field performance and conduct competitor analysis. Maintain and update leader data each month. Identify trends and match local incentives to support those trends.
* Provide Field and Staff training on new incentive and product launches. Perform user acceptance testing for monthly promotions and product launches.
* Support Consultants by understanding their challenges and opportunities. Provide management with a clear overview of consultants' qualifications, promotions and demotions each month.
* Take ownership of Field Recognition. Ensure achievers are recognised appropriately and their achievements are promoted.
* Initiate creative requests, web requests and Jira requests to support Field Development projects. Localise, proof and assist with support materials including web assets, brochures, flyers and training materials.
* Maintain and update all Field Development platforms including the Source and Arbonne App.
* Develop content for the Arbonne Facebook Groups (AIT Dreamers, VP and NVP pages).
* Manage the Arbonne Welcome Kit.
* Perform general marketing administrative tasks.
* Work collaboratively with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Operations.
* Attend Field events when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in a marketing environment, preferably within the Direct Selling Industry and/or an international operation.
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related field.
* Proficient in all applicable computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
