Insurance Consultant Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Insurance Consultant to join our team. As an Authorised Representative of NRMA Insurance, you will represent a well-known general insurance brand and work closely with a small team to achieve sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer support and assistance with NRMA Insurance products
* Collaborate with the team to achieve individual sales targets and branch-wide goals
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and procedures through training and compliance
* Accurately receipt payments for Insurance and Membership transactions
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer service skills with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position
* Collaborative spirit and ability to work closely within a small team
* Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
* Keen attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Tech-savviness and proficiency across multiple computer programs
