Job Description
This position plays a critical role, acting as a conduit between Employees and the Operations teams for the purpose of future jobs, compliance, and communicating mobilisation and demobilisation logistics. You will be required to assist in the mobilisation and scheduling of teams for site access.

Academic or Trade Qualifications
* Mobilisation experience within fast-paced resources/mining environments (preferred)
* Must be legally able to work in Australia
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, Sharepoint
Accountabilities
* Ensure all qualification and training requirements are compliant with site and GTS specifications
* Manage end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation – including booking sub-contractors, medicals, training, flights, accommodation, cars etc.
* Booking pre-employment medicals
* Answer scheduling queries
* Order, distribution and tracking of PPE
* Maintaining the scheduling system
* Maintaining external client systems to ensure compliance
* Assist Operations teams with job planning and forecasting as needed
* Attend regular department meetings
* Perform general administrative duties
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
