Digital Marketing Assistant (6-month contract)
We're looking for a detail‐driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position will support the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and perform effectively.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing team and an external agency partner, you'll assist with campaign coordination, creative testing, performance monitoring and reporting across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate campaign briefs with agency, ensuring all ads are set up accurately and on time.
* Conduct QA and pre‐launch testing across ads and customer journeys.
* Support digital marketing team with internal campaign briefs to brand and creative teams.
* Monitor paid media accounts reviewing campaigns, ads and performance.
* Support in reporting, data tracking and competitor analysis.
* Provide ad‐hoc day‐to‐day campaign and team support.

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
* Interest in digital marketing and paid media.
* Exposure to Meta, Google or TikTok ad platforms (desirable).
* Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and interest in fashion retail.
