We are working with a leading global investment bank to grow its Natural Resources & Critical Minerals M&A Advisory team in Sydney. The team is looking to hire a Senior Analyst through to Senior Associate level (~2–6 years' experience) to support a strong and growing deal pipeline.
This is a market leading global platform with a strong reputation across natural resources, critical minerals and broader real assets. The team advises on complex, cross‐border transactions across both developed and emerging markets, combining deep sector expertise with strong execution capability.
Based in Sydney, you will work closely with senior bankers across Asia, Africa and the Middle East, supporting both origination and execution of live M&A transactions. The role offers strong client exposure, meaningful deal responsibility and the opportunity to work across high‐quality, strategically important mandates.
We are looking to speak with candidates from investment banking, leading independent boutiques, or M&A advisory teams within Big 4 or chartered accounting firms. Typically, candidates will have 2–6 years' experience. Strong technical capability, clear communication skills and a long term interest in investment banking. Experience across natural resources or critical minerals is beneficial but not required.
