**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assisting in sourcing the best products at competitive prices
- Setting up schedules and assisting with fleet documentation
- Reviewing stock levels and understanding essential items
- Running reports and generating purchase orders
- Liaising with mechanically minded staff in the companies other offices & workshops
- Supervision of a small team of administration clerks
- Accurate data entry of work orders received daily from teams
- Assist with processing invoices and End of Month reconciliations
- Other general duties specific to a purchasing role.
**About You**:
- Microsoft Navision experience desirable
- Attention to detail coupled with a high level of data entry accuracy
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work both independently, and as a member of a team
- Strong computer literacy skills and the ability to problem solve
- Vehicle, heavy vehicle, spare parts or mechanical aptitude is helpful
- Precise attention to detail
- Experience supervising a small team
- Willingness to undertake pre-employment medical testing
