Job Summary:
The Head of Department role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on management.
This position involves overseeing the department's commercial operations, including managing the training restaurant and associated events.
Effective leadership and strategic vision are required to drive success across teaching, learning, commercial enterprise, and stakeholder engagement.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a full Training and Assessment Certificate IV qualification and a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.
