Description
You will provide high-quality customer service by delivering clear, up-to-date information and supporting customers during their visit to the facility. You will guide customers on entry conditions and site processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. The role involves inspecting and identifying waste materials to ensure correct disposal, while directing vehicles and managing traffic flow to maintain safe and efficient operations. You will work as part of a team to support daily site activities, uphold safety standards, and contribute to effective resource recovery outcomes.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Provide high-quality customer service, guiding customers through entry conditions and site processes.
* Inspect and identify waste materials for correct disposal.
* Direct vehicles and manage traffic flow.
* Work as part of a team to support daily site activities and uphold safety standards.
* Detail-oriented, reliable, with strong customer service skills and confidence using computer systems.
* Build rapport quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain an approachable manner.
* Experience in waste operations and traffic control is desirable.
* Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Remuneration
Base salary commencing at $55,437 gross per annum.
* Adverse working conditions allowance of $2,730 per annum.
* 12% superannuation.
* Performance payment 1% - 3.5% of annual salary.
* Annual award increase.
