About The Role
This high-profile position is at the forefront of our Property and Buildings (P&B) market, championing strategic growth that aligns with our global and APAC vision.
You will report to the Australian Market Leader for Property and Buildings, driving collaboration with P&B teams across the APAC Region, building strong bonds with respective Market Leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead business development and client engagement across the P&B sector, including identifying major project opportunities and converting key pursuits.
* Build and nurture a powerful network of internal experts and strategic external partners.
* Drive collaboration with P&B teams across the APAC Region, building strong bonds with respective Market Leaders.
* Ensure we remain a market and technical leader in the design of the built environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A proven track record in agile leadership and business growth.
* Deep industry relationships and a passion for design excellence.
* Extensive consulting and work-winning experience in the built environment.
Experience and Skills Required
* Registered Architect.
* Recognised nationally and/or internationally as a professional leader providing distinctive competence in large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
* Market facing and with an established network with engagement of clients across a range of sub-sectors.
* Collaborative and adaptable, empowering high performance teams.
