As Finance Director for Australia & New Zealand, you will lead the regional finance function and play a central role in shaping strategy, driving transformation, and enabling sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Country Leadership Team and have clear succession potential to the APAC CFO role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial planning, reporting, governance, and compliance across ANZ
* Partner with senior leaders to evaluate opportunities, shape strategy, and prioritise investments
* Drive finance transformation, working capital optimisation, and continuous improvement
* Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing finance team with strong succession pathways
* Ensure robust systems, governance, and compliance with both global standards and local regulations
About You
* 15+ years’ experience including senior finance leadership at Finance Director level or equivalent
* A proven track record of partnering with CEOs and executive teams to deliver growth and transformation
* Broad technical expertise across all aspects of finance, and flair for commercial finance business partnering
* An inclusive and inspiring leadership style, with exceptional influencing and communication skills
* Industry experience in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or FMCG will be highly regarded
