Job Summary
We are seeking a part‐time receptionist to join our Albury clinic. The role involves front‐of‐house reception and administration duties, with a flexible schedule of 15.2 hours per week (Thursday and Friday, 8:57 am to 5:03 pm). Additional shifts for leave cover may be required. Pay is $29.07 per hour, aligned with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020, support services level 5.

Responsibilities
* Documentation and administrative tasks.
* Create a friendly, positive, motivating atmosphere for clients.
* Manage phone enquiries, bookings, and funding agreements.
* Coordinate therapist and allied health assistant diary bookings.
* Respond to email requests from the therapy team.
* Assist therapists directly when needed.
* Handle invoicing and account payments.
* Perform opening and closing procedures.
* Maintain practice housekeeping and comply with COVID‐19 cleaning standards.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar reception role.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Experience in allied health, medical reception or administration is advantageous.
* Understanding of the NDIS system is highly advantageous.
* Clear, patient and friendly communication style.
* Experience communicating with people with a disability.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Computer literacy.
* Excellent multi‐tasking ability.
Security and Compliance
The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening check prior to appointment. Candidates must also disclose any pre‐existing injury or illness likely to be adversely affected by the position.
