About the Role
As our Lead Service Technician, you will be the face of Cooee Water, working independently across Greater Brisbane while servicing a diverse range of clients from small businesses through to large corporate organisations.
This is a hands‐on role offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to build strong long‐term relationships with customers and our team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting Zip & Billi systems and other boiling/chilled water units
* Servicing water coolers, including filter changes, maintenance, and internal/external cleaning
* Assisting and training team members as they are required and in expansion of the business.
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing boiling and chilled water systems
* Completing safety and functionality checks on equipment
* Providing outstanding customer service and professional client support
* Managing your daily schedule and service runs efficiently
* Supporting and complying with workplace health & safety procedures
* Representing Cooee Water professionally in all customer interactions

About You
We are looking for someone who is experienced, motivated, reliable, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently while also contributing positively to the wider team.
A minimum of 1‐2 years technical experience in relevant field service or maintenance roles is required for this position.
Candidates must be Australian permanent residents or hold appropriate work authorisation to be eligible for this role.
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience servicing and installing Zip/Billi systems
* Plumbing experience or plumbing licence (highly regarded)
* Restricted electrical licence (highly regarded)
* Previous field service or multi‐site technician experienceStrong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot systems efficiently
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong problem‐solving ability
* Self‐motivated with good organisational and time management skills
* Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
* Professional presentation and attitudeReliable, punctual, and team‐oriented
