Position Overview
A permanent Project Manager role with the Fulton Hogan Trenchless Technologies (Horizontal Directional Drilling) business. The role focuses on full lifecycle project management of utilities and civil infrastructure work, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Full lifecycle Project Management of utilities and civil infrastructure work
* Resourcing and program management to ensure critical programme milestones are achieved
* Provide leadership and management that engages, motivates and inspires the delivery team to deliver high performance in an achievement‐driven culture
* Effective and professional management of relationships with multiple stakeholder groups throughout the project life cycle
* Consistently produce and drive high‐quality outcomes, meeting both Fulton Hogan and client expectations
Required Qualifications
* Experience on construction projects in Horizontal Directional Drilling or heavy civil industries is advantageous
* A successful track record of delivering safe construction projects on time and on budget
* Strong leadership skills and hands‐on attitude with experience in managing self‐perform field crews
* Experience with running multi‐disciplinary work fronts and capable of planning and executing a ramp‐up strategy
* Ability to travel metro and regionally from time to time as required
