About the Role
The NSW Police Force is looking for two Business Analysts to join the EPSS, Claims Management Team, Shared Services team. The Business Analyst undertakes analysis of existing business processes and information capture and sharing needs, to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and improved outcomes.
Essential requirements:
* Experience as a Business Analyst within a Human Resources or Income Protection Insurance environment.
* Intermediate-level capability with Microsoft Project.
* Significant prior contribution to managing a project that involved a technical upgrade.
Key accountabilities:
* Analyse current processes and capture of information.
* Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and outcomes.
* Support EPSS Claims Management initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
