Job Title: Placement and Stakeholder Engagement Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead student placement and stakeholder engagement strategies across our Early Childhood Education programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in connecting our students with meaningful and compliant placement opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing, negotiating, and securing field placement opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and graduates
* Overseeing placement quality and resolving issues when they arise
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* At least 3 years' experience in the Early Childhood Education sector
* A background in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or program management
* An understanding of placement processes and compliance in higher education and/or VET
