Job Title: Technical Leadership Position
As a skilled Engineering Manager, you will drive engineering delivery and support capability introduction for the CE1 Joint Interface Control System. You will work closely with the project execution team to ensure the team has the engineering requirements for delivery and introduction into service of capability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a small team of engineers delivering platform modernisation.
• Develop engineering plans, specifications, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across Defence and Industry.
• Provide expert engineering advice and briefings to project leadership.
• Support system-level certification and review contract deliverables.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Washington Accord-recognised).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Tactical Data Links and Defence acquisition processes (desirable).
• Current Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
• Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
