The Role You'll oversee all electrical project delivery activities from mobilisation to commissioning across large-scale solar farms in regional Queensland.
Working a FIFO roster from Brisbane, you'll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and technically excellent outcomes across construction, installation, and grid connection phases.
What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate design reviews, electrical construction schedules and work packs.
Oversee HV and LV installation, cable management, and QA documentation.
Lead electrical teams and subcontractors to achieve quality, safety, and productivity goals.
Manage forecasting, reporting, and technical issue resolution.
Support testing, commissioning, and grid compliance processes.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client-side teams.
What We're Looking For: Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer (or equivalent).
5+ years' experience in solar, renewables, or major infrastructure delivery.
Proven site delivery experience and understanding of HV/LV systems.
Strong project coordination and leadership capability.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced site environments.
