Position Title: Windscreen Fitter
Location: Toowoomba + other locations across Southeast Queensland
Employment Type: Full‐time – 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Salary: Starting from $81,120 per annum + superannuation (negotiable based on experience)

About the role
Deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers across a range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. This is a hands‐on, autonomous role where technical expertise and attention to detail will shine.

About you
* Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related trade
* Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols
* Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule
* Excellent problem‐solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
* Customer‐first mindset and strong communication skills
* Hold current C Class Drivers Licence
* Ability to successfully complete a pre‐employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check
